They are strait up lazy, had a lot of mail out for delivery but on web sight say they left notice no place to put mail I have a huge mail box and other days item out for delivery watched post lady no mail ran her down she had said she forgot and this is not the first time this has happen and i have a out doors surveillance cameras 24-7 they lie they did not come buy that day and other days. And this happens a lot. That's the goverment for you. Should never let government run businesses. They should fire the people that can't do there job .
Nice people. But when you keep getting people mail that has the name numbers but 100% different road. You tend to get a little pissed off. I left a note in the other persons mail box, and i think the lady saw it, and i havnt gotten a single piece of there mail, all mine again.
Would be nice if they actually DELIVERED MY MAIL missing always!!!!!!
Great customer service. The lady explained to me that eagle point is growing and they took on the Amazon contract and there routes are contracted so they only have a certain amount of time to get all packages and all the mail to the right places in a timely manner. She said that the corporate office is suppose to recount routes to better please us customers. Thank you eagle point post office for what you guys are trying to accomplish with the minimal time you have to do it.
Nice people but they keep putting my neighbors mail in MY mailbox. It's really lazy, of them. And I have to go give it to them..
