My 5 year old stole from a store today. I called the station and asked if they could help me in teaching my son how serious of a crime theft is. They dispatched an officer to my home to speak with my son. The officer was very nice and specifically said he wanted to be careful about scaring him because he didn't want him to be scared of cops. Wanted him to know they were there to help.
