Hands down the best service anyone can ask for in an emergency situation. I'm overly impressed at ProKleen's professionalism, skill level of execution, knowledge of their trade and ability to respond no matter what the hour of the day! No one ever wants to deal with the aftermath of a trauma situation and many people like us I assume, have no idea where to turn after the police have left and trauma clean-up is all that's left before your business can once again be open to the public. ProKleen was there for us in October before 4am when we needed them and we can't thank them enough. As long as ProKleen is around we'll never use anyone else.

There are not enough words & praise to express my gratitude to George & his team who came quickly late at night in response to the water damage in my home. They all worked together, each in his own expertise, & still comforted me in my frustration. These personable people did fantastic work cleaning up & putting back to original the carpet, cupboards, new flooring, replacing ducts under the house preventing future mold etc. I feel blessed from this experience with each of them & highly recommend them to anyone needing to do damage restoration.
