My dad took my 6 year old to this salon and when he came home it looked like the lady cut his hair with her eyes closed! There was a huge patch behind his left ear that never got cut at all and the hair on the top of his head is several different lengths. When I called to tell them it was horrible, they said to bring him back and they'll fix it for free. HA! I just want my dads money back and I'll fix it my self. At least it won't look as bad as they did.
Had to change my review to 5 stars just had my hair cut by Tamara and this is one of the best hair cuts I have had!!!! She even used a blade instead of trimmers for the back of my neck, did my eyebrows and blended my beard all under the 12.97 express cut. In the past I have only gotten a haircut and half the time I didn't know how it would turn out! If have had bad experiences in the please try again and ask for Tamara. Before I rated this 3 stars cause of this cut I had to bump it up to 5 she is also the new manager there
I had Jasmine cut my hair and she did a great job! The cost was 1/2 of what I would normally spend. Unfortunately she was the only one working and we were interrupted several times, hence 4 stars instead of 5, but it was still worth it! I give Jasmine a 5!

I don't know how you can call this a salon or a barber or anything! they do not know how to cut hair! the employees are less than motivated to cut your hair, I've been there many times and always there's an excuse why they can't cut your hair, they're always trying to push you off on to the next person's schedule. I called today August 19th 2017 at 10:45 in the morning and asked if I could get a haircut and if the person knew how to fade hair she said you'd be better off coming in at 1 but the girl has an appointment so come in around 1:30. if you work there, shouldn't you know how to cut hair? I'm speaking of the salon inside the Eagle Point Walmart.
